What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is an ancient medical practice that originating in China over 5000 years ago. It involves the insertion of (fine) needles into various parts of the body to restore the body's life energy and balance or Qi (pronounced chee).

The needles directly manipulate your body along 12 major pathways or energetic meridians, connecting specific internal organs with inter connecting energetic points, called acupuncture points.

What is Acupuncture Used For?

Acupuncture treats many conditions including Acne, Allergies, Arthritis, Diarrhea, Asthma, Colds, Diabetes, Digestive Problems, Flu, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Headaches, Hot Flashes, Hypertension, Hypoglycemia, Premenstrual Syndrome as well as many other health issues.
